I just watched one of the Allstate commercials featuring the character Mayhem. If you have not seen this character... he represents chaos, confusion, lack of customer service, rudeness..... basically everything you would not desire from an insurance company.
He does this in a manner and he is very memorable. Being memorable is a goal every marketer should have.
When you do your home inspection marketing consider if what you do is memorable.
